If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control, but we will do our best to assist.
